Apartments in the Guest House occupy a standalone two-storey house on the estate grounds, created for those travelling as a large party or an entire family. A private living area, two bedrooms and two bathrooms offer a freedom and privacy rarely found at a hotel.
Beds measuring 180, 150 and 90 cm comfortably accommodate adults and children alike, while a coffee machine and minibar remove any need to step outside. This is where the hotel meets the feeling of a private country residence.

- Cancellation
- Cancelling less than 24 hours before arrival incurs a penalty of 100% of the first night's stay. Cancelling more than 24 hours before arrival is free of charge.

- Children of any age are welcome; from the age of three a child is counted as an adult guest.
- Extra bed
- RUB 2,500 per night, subject to availability; the number of extra beds depends on room capacity.
